Lavender Essential Oil

Aromatherapy (Diffusion):
Add 3–5 drops of essential oil per 100ml of water in a diffuser.
Use in a well-ventilated space and limit diffusion to 30–60 minutes at a time.
Topical Application (Dilution Required):
Mix 1–2 drops of essential oil per teaspoon (5ml) of carrier oil (e.g., coconut, jojoba, or almond oil).
Apply to pulse points, temples, or affected areas.
Perform a patch test before applying to larger areas of skin.
Bath & Soak:
Combine 5–10 drops with a carrier oil or unscented bath gel before adding to warm bathwater.
Soak for 15–20 minutes for relaxation.
Massage Blend:
Dilute 2–5 drops per tablespoon (15ml) of carrier oil and massage onto skin for muscle relief and relaxation.
Household Use:
Add 5–10 drops to homemade cleaners, laundry, or room sprays for a natural fragrance boost.
